Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Master Bulldogs Miami website (https://masterbulldogsmiami.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Puppy Sales

All puppy sales are subject to our written sales contract. A signed contract and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve a puppy. Key terms include:

  • All sales are final once the puppy has been picked up or delivered
  • Each puppy comes with a health guarantee as specified in the individual sales contract
  • The health guarantee covers genetic defects for a period of 1 year from the date of sale
  • Puppies are sold with age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming as documented in the health records provided at the time of sale

3. Deposits & Payments

The following payment terms apply to all puppy purchases:

  • Deposits are non-refundable. A deposit secures your reservation for a specific puppy and takes the puppy off the market
  • Full payment is required before the puppy can be picked up or delivered
  • Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of reservation
  • If the buyer fails to complete payment or pick up the puppy within the agreed timeframe, the deposit may be forfeited and the puppy may be made available to other buyers

4. Health Guarantee

Master Bulldogs Miami stands behind the health of every puppy we sell. Our health guarantee includes:

  • 14-day infectious disease guarantee — covers contagious or infectious diseases diagnosed within 14 days of the puppy leaving our facility
  • 1-year genetic health guarantee — covers hereditary or congenital defects diagnosed within 1 year of the date of sale
  • Veterinary exam required within 72 hours: The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving the puppy. Failure to do so may void the health guarantee
  • The health guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from neglect, accidents, improper care, or failure to follow recommended vaccination and deworming schedules
  • Full details of the health guarantee are outlined in the sales contract

5. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping and delivery options for buyers who are unable to pick up their puppy in person:

  • Shipping is available nationwide within the United States
  • Shipping costs vary by distance and method, and are the responsibility of the buyer
  • The puppy must be picked up or shipped within 7 days of final payment. Additional boarding fees may apply after this period
  • We use safe, reputable pet transport services and ensure the puppy's comfort and well-being during transit
  • The buyer assumes responsibility for the puppy once it has been picked up or handed over to the shipping carrier

6. Stud Service Agreement

Stud services are governed by a separate written agreement. Key terms include:

  • A separate stud service agreement must be signed by both parties before breeding
  • The stud fee is due in full before the breeding takes place
  • There is no guarantee of pregnancy. If no conception occurs, a repeat breeding may be offered at Master Bulldogs Miami's discretion, subject to the terms of the stud agreement
  • The female must be current on all vaccinations, health tested, and free of communicable diseases

7. Breeding Restrictions

Unless otherwise specified in the sales contract:

  • Puppies sold as pets may include spay/neuter requirements as outlined in the individual sales contract
  • Breeding rights are not included in the standard purchase price and are available at an additional cost
  • The buyer agrees not to breed any puppy sold without breeding rights. Violation of this term may result in legal action
  • AKC registration papers (if applicable) may be withheld until proof of spay/neuter is provided, as specified in the contract

8. Website Use

The following terms govern your use of this website:

  • All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer
  • Prices and availability of puppies are subject to change without notice
  • Photos displayed on the website are representative of our puppies and breeding program. Individual puppies may vary in appearance
  • You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this website without express written permission from Master Bulldogs Miami
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and design elements — is the property of Master Bulldogs Miami and is protected by United States copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use of any materials on this website may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Master Bulldogs Miami shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of this website or the purchase of any puppy or service
  • Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the purchase of a puppy or service shall not exceed the purchase price paid by you
  • We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the suitability of any puppy for a particular purpose beyond the health guarantees expressly stated in the sales contract

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Master Bulldogs Miami, its owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of this website, your breach of these terms, or your purchase of any puppy or service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
